By accessing or using SoulAct Nexus services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts & Security

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & Billing

• Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
• Refunds follow our policy described in the FAQ and at checkout.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access training content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• No sharing or reselling of your account or course materials.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in live sessions or forums.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access to our systems.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your self-tapes and notes. You grant us a limited license to host and process them for training features. You are responsible for the legality of content you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content and marks are owned by SoulAct Nexus or our licensors and are protected by law.

8. Disclaimers

Training outcomes vary. We do not guarantee roles, representation, or specific results. Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
